In the injection mold industry, the accumulation of precision craftsmanship has never been a solo effort, but a warm relay of "mentors guiding apprentices and passing down skills from generation to generation". On this Teachers' Day, stepping into the mold and injection workshops of TXS, the "mentorship and inheritance" stories hidden beside the molds and among the blueprints are not only the core strength of this factory's deep engagement in the mold and plastic industry, but also hold the key to the intergenerational inheritance of professional skills.
In TXS's workshops, scenes of "mentorship and inheritance" can be seen everywhere: Veteran craftsmen with over 30 years of experience will stand at the mold assembly table, guiding young technicians to calibrate the mold base clearance hand in hand, and sharing practical experience such as "judging tool wear from the sound of processing"; during the injection mold testing phase, mentors will lead apprentices to check for problems like flash and shrinkage marks one by one, and wholeheartedly pass on tips such as "adjusting holding pressure time to solve insufficient filling"; when facing difficulties in assembling complex molds, mentors will spread out the blueprints and patiently explain details like "how to optimize the layout of ejector pins to avoid product damage caused by ejection". From the structural control in mold design to the precise adjustment of injection parameters, from the safety standards of equipment operation to the emergency handling of unexpected problems, these "practical skills" that are hard to find in textbooks are passed on to the younger generation through daily teaching, making the craftsmanship spirit of "correcting every millimeter-level error and strictly adhering to every process" a common principle for all TXSpeople.
This "mentorship culture" is the foundation of TXS's technical strength - the mold processing accuracy is stably maintained at 5μm, the defect rate of injection products is controlled below 0.1%, and a group of young teams capable of tackling challenges and proficient in technology have been cultivated. Such "guides" are not only found in Xuansheng's workshops, but also spread across the production frontlines of various industries: veteran craftsmen who guide apprentices and pass on skills light the way for the younger generation with their experience and safeguard professional techniques with their persistence. They are all "invisible teachers" in the industry.
On this Teachers' Day, TXS pays tribute to the craftsman-mentors in all industries: Thank you for passing on skills with dedication, making technology warm and inheritance powerful! We wish every mentor who sticks to their post and imparts knowledge wholeheartedly a happy holiday and everlasting craftsmanship spirit!
