Product requirements:
There is an undercut inside the mouth of the underwater cleaning machine. This feature of similar products was previously processed by post-machining. This time, the customer requested to solve this feature from the mold structure and cancel the post-processing of the product.
Product introduction:
The material of the product is ABS, and the product size is Φ77X70mm. There is a 1MM undercut around the mouth of the product, and this undercut has a waterproof function. At the same time, the clamping line tolerance is within 0.05MM.
Mold solution:
According to the characteristics of the product, the mold is designed with a special demoulding structure. The special demoulding structure realizes the smooth demoulding of the product undercut. In addition, the clamping line tolerance is within 0.02mm.
Result feedback:
Precision mold T3 has already been transferred to mold production. In addition, we have subsequently made precision mold for other series of similar products for this customer.
