This is a car seat backrest component, the material of the product is PC+ABS. Its size is: 476.2*548.2*107.3mm.
Solution
Firstly, we need to consider the feeding of the product and control its deformation. Secondly, we conducted a mold flow analysis on the product. Then, it was decided to use YUDO needle valve feeding. It should be noted that the feeding time should be strictly controlled while selecting the appropriate feeding position. Ultimately, the deformation of the product should be controlled within the range that meets the product tolerance.
Result
The mold T2 trial mold was OK. It has fully reached the state of mass production, and then the mold was transferred to the customer for mass production. After that, the customer placed orders for other large-sized automobile injection molds one after another.
