Electrical Control Box Cover – Threaded Structure
Product Requirements:
The product is an electrical control box cover made of PP+GF30.
There are three threaded connection holes on the product surface, which make demolding difficult.
Solution:
The mold was designed with a cylinder + rack mechanism for demolding. The cylinder‑driven rack thread design ensures a consistent starting position for the helix and stable structural operation. After demolding, the product is free from any risk of dragging or surface damage.
Results:
The mold passed the T0 trial and was fully production‑ready. It was transferred to the customer for mass production.
