Based on the product characteristics, CAD/CAE software was used to identify product structure issues, optimize the mold design, and improve mass production feasibility.
The mold cooling system was effectively designed and optimized to improve production efficiency.
Multi-cavity molds must ensure balanced filling and high machining accuracy to guarantee dimensional consistency of the parts.
Thin-wall products require high injection speed. A Sumitomo electric high-speed injection molding machine enables rapid high-pressure filling, effectively ensuring product quality.

The mold reached full production status at the T2 trial.
