Product Requirements:
Automotive seat belt outlet cover. The dimensions at the central split are critical, and the gap tolerance between the large and small ends must be within ±0.1 mm.

Hard plastic material: PA66-I. Surface finish: textured. Dimensions: 49 × 95 × 23 mm. Wall thickness: 3.5 mm. Mold cavitation: 1 × 2.
Mold Solution:
To meet the stringent warpage and flatness requirements, detailed mold flow analysis was performed before mold manufacturing to determine the optimal gate location. Based on years of experience in pre-deformation and the mold flow analysis results, pre-deformation was applied directly. During the trial, adjustments were made according to the mold flow analysis parameters, perfectly resolving the high flatness requirement.
